Established in 1987, Shijiazhuang Chenhuan Pipeline Equipment Co., Ltd. is one of the professional manufacturers producing concrete conveying pipeline.Our factory covers an area of about 20, 000 square meters and is located in Industrial Development Zone, side of State Road 205, Yanshan County. We are professional manufacturer of concrete conveying pump and pumptruck accessories. The main products are: HBT30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 type concrete conveying pump pipeline; a variety of ground tube, horizontal tube, straight pipe, elbow, reducing pipe, rubber hose, rubber sealing ing, cleaning ball, washing column, cleaning piston, high, medium and low pressure steel clamp and conveying products of mixing station etc.. Concrete car pump arm tube of zoomlion, Sany, Elephant, Xugong, Fangyuan, Hainuo, Wu Shiling 85B, Ishikawa Shima 90B and so on; concrete pump accessories of J55 straight pipe equipped with high voltage wear-resistant alloy, elbow with dedicated casting and wear-resistance, piston and so on.
The company has two production lines of the most advanced domestic intermediate frequency elbow push system, and one production line of 2500T hydraulic machine, intermediate frequency elbow machine and forging flange. Good quality production equipments and testing system can provide customers a variety of high, medium and low pressure elbow, tee, cross, reducing pipe, cap, forged flange and elbow with various materials and specifications.
According to customers' different requirements, we design and produce respectively by the Chinese GB, GB/T, HGJ, SHJ, JB, American API, 5L, API5CT, ANSI, ASTM, MSS, Japanese JIS, Germany DIN standard and ISO international standard. The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, gas, nuclear power, thermal power enterprises, metallurgical enterprises, heating pipeline, shipbuilding, paper making, construction and other industries' pipeline engineering.
